Location: Remote (United Kingdom)
Salary: £31,000–£33,000 per annum

About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a detail-oriented and organised Compliance Administrator to join their growing remote team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity with full training provided, making it ideal for graduates, administrators, customer service professionals, and career changers looking to build a long-term career in compliance, governance, and business operations.
As a Compliance Administrator, you will support the business by maintaining accurate records, assisting with compliance processes, and ensuring documentation meets internal standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update compliance records and documentation.
- Assist with onboarding checks and document verification.
- Monitor compliance deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Support internal audits and compliance reviews.
- Prepare reports and maintain digital filing systems.
- Liaise with internal departments regarding compliance documentation.
- Ensure company records are accurate and up to date.
- Support policy updates and administrative compliance activities.
- Provide general administrative support to the compliance team.

Skills & Experience
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Ability to manage confidential information professionally.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Previous administration, customer service, HR, finance, legal, or office support experience is beneficial.
- No previous compliance experience required – full training provided.
