Compliance Advisor – 6 Month FTC Role

About Integrated UK and the Role

Integral UK is part of JLL’s UK Real Estate Management (REM) team. We’re looking for a proactive Compliance Advisor to collaborate at every level—ensuring safety, adherence to regulations, and continuous improvement across our portfolio.

This 6-month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) role is critical in maintaining high standards of compliance within commercial real estate services.


Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and uphold compliance policies: Ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and industry standards in building services.
  • Conduct regular audits & inspections: Review facilities, equipment, logbooks, and operations to identify gaps and ensure compliance.
  • Drive corrective action: Support site teams with "lead from the front" initiatives to close compliance gaps.
  • Collaborate across teams: Partner with departments to ensure compliance protocols are understood and implemented.
  • Serve as a compliance champion: Guide employees on logbook completion and provide expertise.
  • Support reporting: Prepare detailed compliance reports for the Compliance Manager.
  • Act as primary contact: Respond to all compliance-related inquiries.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

RequirementDetail
Compliance knowledgeStrong understanding of Building Safety Act, Building Regulations, British Standards, and industry best practices.
Professional membershipMinimum certification in IOSH Managing Safely.
ExperiencePrevious role in a similar compliance position.
Sector expertiseHands-on experience in building services compliance.
Communication skillsExcellent ability to liaise with site teams and clients.
Technical skillsProficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
AdaptabilityAbility to prioritise tasks effectively in high-pressure environments.
