Compliance Analyst
Location: London Office (Hybrid – 2 days)
Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for a Compliance Analyst to join a growing compliance function and play a key role in supporting the development and delivery of effective compliance processes.
You will support the ongoing operation of the compliance framework, helping to ensure the organisation meets its regulatory obligations and maintains a strong culture of compliance.
Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business, risk teams, and wider organisation, you will help enhance compliance processes, improve controls, and support the business through a period of continued growth and change.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery and ongoing management of core compliance processes across the business
- Maintain and update compliance policies, procedures, and governance documentation
- Support regulatory reporting, FCA notifications, and compliance documentation
- Manage key compliance activities including:
- Conflicts of interest reviews
- Personal account dealing
- Breach reporting
- Control monitoring
- Assist with the implementation and development of the compliance monitoring programme
- Support the delivery of compliance training and awareness initiatives
- Assist with regulatory change and horizon scanning activities
- Maintain accurate compliance records, logs, actions, and reporting information
- Support the transition of compliance activities onto enhanced risk and compliance systems
- Assist with reporting to senior committees and governance forums
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, promoting a proactive compliance culture

Experience & Skills Required

- Strong knowledge of FCA rules, regulatory expectations, and compliance processes
- Experience supporting compliance frameworks, policies, controls, and governance activities
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to:
- Analyse information
- Identify risks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels
- A pragmatic approach to problem solving, balancing risk management with business needs
- Strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A proactive mindset with the ability to:
- Work independently
- Work collaboratively
