## Who We Are Looking For
This opportunity is ideal for professionals with expertise in compliance, regulatory affairs, legal services, or financial services, who are open to part-time, flexible projects. The right candidate will combine deep subject-matter expertise with exceptional regulatory citation precision.
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- A degree in Law, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in compliance, audit, legal, risk management, or financial services.
- Current or recent compliance & regulatory roles—such as financial crimes, examinations, or oversight—preferred.
- A core habit of disciplined citation, where you can:
- Identify exact regulatory subsections according to compliance artifacts (e.g., advertisements, disclosures, policies).
- Flag uncertainties instead of approximating or fabricating findings.
- Differentiate true violations from false positives with clear reasoning.
- A CRCM, CAMS, or equivalent local accreditation (e.g., regulatory exam credentials, former examiner status).
- Strong written English proficiency (C1+)—this is non-negotiable.

## What This Opportunity Involves
Most projects will task you with responsibilities broadly aligned with compliance evaluation testing & documentation. Core tasks may include:

Scenario Design & Evaluation
- Review compliance artifacts (such as advertisements or disclosures) against specific regulations.
- Identify and cite the exact subsection that applies—never approximated, never fabricated.

Structured Case Writing
- Draft sanctions alert disposition cases with well-documented false-positive reasoning.
- Craft escalation scenarios for accidents, breaches, or audits.

Compliance Testing Scenarios
- Select and sample relevant cases.
- Design evidence-based tests.
- Document clear findings and create examiner-grade conclusion memos.

Gap Identification Cases
- Pinpoint internal policy contradictions or regulatory omissions (e.g., missing recent updates).
- Verify citations referencing the precise regulatory subsection.

## How It Works

## Project Time Expectations

## Compensation
- Contributors engage on the pay per project basis. Rates can reach $60/hour equivalent, depending on experience level, pace, and project complexity.
- Earnings depend on the project’s specific needs and expertise required. Other projects on the platform may vary in rate, meaning engagement opportunities and compensation scales throughout the Mindrift network.
