An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Compliance Analyst to join a well-established and highly regarded Fund Management company in London.

This role offers broad exposure across regulatory compliance, governance, risk management, and internal controls, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within a second-line Compliance function.

Working as part of a collaborative Risk & Compliance team, you will support the delivery of key regulatory and compliance activities while helping to maintain a strong risk and control environment across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the production of regular and ad hoc Risk & Compliance reporting for senior management, governance committees, and external stakeholders.
  • Undertake day-to-day compliance monitoring activities, including personal account dealing, gifts and hospitality, and outside business interests.
  • Deliver compliance induction training to new employees and support wider compliance awareness initiatives.
  • Assist with regulatory and client due diligence requests.
  • Support the administration and maintenance of compliance and risk management systems.
  • Coordinate activities relating to internal audits, including planning, tracking actions, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Contribute to regulatory change initiatives, risk projects, and broader compliance activities as required.

About You

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience gained in a compliance/regulatory role within an Asset or Fund Management environment
  • A good understanding of FCA regulatory requirements and compliance best practice.
  • Knowledge of compliance monitoring, conduct risk, regulatory reporting, or risk management frameworks.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive attitude and genuine interest in developing a career in Compliance and Risk.
