About the Role:
As a Compliance Analyst, you will play a crucial part in helping AXA Partners stay ahead of regulatory changes and maintain the highest standards of compliance. Your work will involve monitoring industry updates, supporting risk assessments, and communicating vital information across the business—all to protect our customers and strengthen our reputation.
What You'll Be Doing
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly reviews of regulator publications, including guidance, reports, and updates.
- Identify emerging risks and regulatory changes to keep the business informed and prepared.
- Summarize key facts, timelines, and implications in clear, accessible communications for various teams.
- Support the business in understanding and implementing regulatory changes, including gap analysis and action planning.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for management and regulatory bodies.
- Maintain accurate records of all regulator interactions, actions, and deadlines.
- Help complete regulatory reports and ad-hoc submissions efficiently.
- Stay updated on industry best practices through professional development activities.
- Contribute to a team that promotes a culture of accountability, integrity, and customer focus.
- Support the implementation of regulatory frameworks like the Senior Managers & Certification Regime to foster responsible conduct.
- Encourage an inclusive environment that values diverse perspectives and experiences.

What You'll Bring
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks and the financial services industry.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret written and numerical data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining complex information simply.
- Experience in risk analysis and identifying potential impacts on business operations.
- Methodical, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Confident in engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
- Data analytics skills and a problem-solving mindset.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and ethical standards.
As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
