Jet2.com and Jet2holidays are always looking for great people to join our award-winning team of colleagues.
We're now recruiting a Compliance & Assurance Surveyor (Operations) to join our Operations Safety & Compliance Team.
Through assurance-based auditing and compliance monitoring, you'll contribute to maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance, safety, operational performance and continuous improvement across our airline. You'll also provide oversight of third-party service providers, ACMI partners and contracted organisations, helping to ensure consistent compliance throughout our operation.
This role offers a varied working environment, with regular travel across our UK and European network, Head Office and Training Centre locations. Travel may sometimes be required at short notice.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Conduct operational audits across Jet2.com locations throughout the UK and Europe, as well as Head Office and Training Centre sites.
- Carry out oversight audits of third-party suppliers, contracted service providers and airline partners, supporting the continued compliance of Jet2.com's AOC, ATO and FSTD approvals.
- Review and enhance audit processes, procedures and checklists, contributing to the ongoing development of the Compliance & Assurance Manual, company procedures and our Safety Management System, SafetyHub.
- Produce clear audit reports, identify opportunities for improvement and support operational teams in driving compliance and best practice.
- Respond to compliance and assurance queries from across the business, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
What You’ll Have

We're looking for a highly organised and detail-focused aviation professional with a passion for safety, compliance and operational excellence. You’ll have:
- Sound knowledge of UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) regulations.
- An understanding of EASA regulations and IATA industry best practice, including AHM and IGOM.
- Recent airline operational experience.
- Experience of, or a strong understanding of, compliance monitoring and audit activities.
- Knowledge of Airline Safety Management Systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- A full UK Driving Licence.
