Compliance and Continuous Improvement Coordinator

Eco2 Management Services Ltd (EMSL) is looking for a Compliance and Continuous Improvement Coordinator to join our Group Services team, based in Cardiff.

This is a varied role supporting the development and ongoing improvement of EMSL’s management systems, compliance framework, and operational governance processes. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will coordinate audits, corrective actions, document control, and improvement activity, helping us to meet client, regulatory, and internal requirements.

You will work with colleagues across our operational, technical, commercial, and support teams, so this role would suit someone who combines strong attention to detail with a practical and collaborative approach.

Why Work with Us?

You feel aligned with our Company Values:

  • Trust: We trust each other and earn the trust of our clients. We are a safe pair of hands.
  • Teamwork: We are there for one another and we work in partnership with our clients.
  • Responsibility: We take ownership of tasks and challenges to find the right timely solution.
  • Quality: We embrace robust systems and procedures to ensure a high-quality, consistent service.
  • Creativity: We adopt a developer's zeal, always seeking creative solutions that add value.

Your place of work will be our Cardiff office as we value face-to-face collaboration, but there will be opportunities for hybrid working. New team members will be expected to spend more time in the office during their initial training and induction period. The role will also involve some travel to our operational sites.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
