Introduction
Do you have experience in Compliance and Data Management? We are looking for an experienced Monitoring Officer to join our team at Lewisham Works.
About the Role
Lewisham Works is seeking a Compliance and Data Officer to develop, implement, and manage audit, compliance, and risk strategies for the DWP-funded Connect To Work Programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and ensure compliance with a quality assurance framework, including managing systems and processes in line with IPS/SEQF frameworks and DWP/CLF requirements.
- Work closely with delivery staff to ensure compliance with SEQF/IPS standards, which will support our residents in accessing decent work opportunities.
- Shape the new Connect To Work Programme and make a meaningful difference for disadvantaged Londoners.
- Support staff in monitoring and improving quality of service, providing guidance for internal self-assessments and externally assessed fidelity reviews.
- Conduct field mentoring/case reviews and quality assurance fidelity reviews. -Facilitate workshops and learning networks while monitoring and reporting on project performance and outcomes.
- Line manage 2 triage officers.

Role Requirements
- An individual with a strong attention to detail and experience in project monitoring.
- Proactive and organised approach to process design and compliance monitoring.
- Ideally, some familiarity with supported employment fidelity frameworks and their assessment standards.

Location & Working Arrangements
The role is primarily office-based at Catford Town Hall, with occasional visits to community locations within Lewisham.
