Job Description

Compliance and Marketing Analyst

Location: Birmingham

Contract Type: 6 Months Fixed Term Contract

As part of the day-to-day role within the client's Compliance team, the primary function is to manage most of the volumes of marketing material submitted by various product management, client relationship, and sales teams. These materials are submitted for content and jurisdictional reviews, ensuring that anything the client distributes externally is compliant with the various regulating bodies within the EMEA region.

The team is responsible for controlling the pipeline of marketing materials and allocating the work throughout the team to ensure volumes are completed within prescribed timeframes while minimizing the workload for those with less capacity. Queries sent through the marketing distribution are also expected to be addressed or diverted to relevant team members as needed.

This is a great opportunity to join our fast-growing business within our CLM department, working with some of the world’s leading financial institutions. The preferred candidate will demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit with a 'hands-on' pragmatic and flexible approach as we develop this fast-growing business area.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
