We're growing—and we're looking for an organised, driven Apprenticeship Onboarding & Compliance Coordinator to help deliver an exceptional onboarding experience while keeping us fully compliant.

What You'll Do

You'll be the driving force behind every learner's journey, making sure apprentices are enrolled quickly, accurately and compliantly.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the end-to-end onboarding process.
  • Completing eligibility and funding checks.
  • Coordinating inductions with employers and learners.
  • Maintaining accurate learner records and documentation.
  • Ensuring compliance with DfE and ESFA funding rules.
  • Preparing audit-ready files and supporting quality assurance.
  • Resolving onboarding queries with speed and professionalism.
  • Producing reports and identifying opportunities to improve our processes.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who thrives on organisation and takes pride in getting the details right.

You'll have:

  • Strong administration and organisational skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience in compliance, apprenticeships, education or another regulated environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and digital systems.
  • Knowledge of apprenticeship funding and ESFA compliance (desirable).
