Overview

As a Compliance Assistant, you’ll support the Compliance team with essential administrative and operational tasks while engaging in structured learning and formal training.

Your Opportunity

  • No prior compliance experience is required—we invest in your growth through full training and mentorship.
  • Take ownership of your workload and contribute ideas to improve processes.
  • Gain exposure to a range of compliance and regulatory areas across the business.

Working Arrangement

  • Part-time: 21 hours per week.
  • Hybrid model: One day per week in the Ipswich office.
  • Flexibility: Core hours can be discussed, but availability on Fridays until 4pm is essential.

Key Responsibilities: How You’ll Make an Impact

Your role will ensure our compliance operations run seamlessly, contributing to:

  • Managing compliance mailboxes and responding to queries.
  • Maintaining records to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Assisting in preparing reports, tracking training completion, and supporting projects.
  • Identifying process improvements and opportunities to enhance efficiency.

About You
