What you’ll be doing
- Supporting the Head of Compliance with a wide variety of Compliance duties but with a particular focus on assisting with the delivery of the Compliance Monitoring Plan, including executing thematic reviews.
- Responsible for reviewing and updating Compliance policies and for assisting with FCA returns using RegData and Connect.
- Financial Promotions approvals.
- Handling Compliance queries and complaints management and investigation.
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years Compliance experience in either Consumer Credit, Motor Finance or Mortgage Lending.
- Familiar with the regulations impacting these sectors including Consumer Duty.
- Experience will ideally include assisting with execution of the Compliance Monitoring Plan.
- Any experience of FCA submissions using RegData and/or Connect would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills are a prerequisite for this role.
