An excellent opportunity has arisen

To join our team as a Compliance Coordinator based in Herne Bay. The salary package on offer depends on experience and is £26,000 - 28,000 depending on experience.

The role

  • Support the business by keeping up to date with regulatory and compliance standards and aligning company processes and policies accordingly
  • Handle telephone enquiries in a professional manner in line with the business standards
  • Strong ability to prioritise tasks and manage a busy workload in a fast-paced setting
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Managing multiple and changing priorities at once
  • Investigating and making informed decisions in line with our policies
  • Meeting deadlines and SLAs appropriate to your role

  • You will be a natural "people" person, with exceptional communication skills, with the ability to confidently and quickly build relationships with clients over the phone.
  • You will have drive, determination, and motivation to exceed targets set and contribute to team success.
  • You will be dedicated to delivering a first-class customer experience and supporting our clients in the end-to-end Anti Money Laundering process.
