If you’re a data analyst looking for real ownership, this could be the step up you’ve been waiting for.
You’ll design and maintain data-driven compliance monitoring and analytics tools for a multi-asset class asset manager, where sustainability is central to every investment decision. You’ll be working across legal, compliance and operations, automating processes, improving workflows, and identifying where things can be made sharper, faster, and more effective.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
The tech side is genuinely open. If a tool or approach will make the work better, you’ll have the autonomy to use it. You’re not being handed a rigid stack to work around, you’ll bring the thinking, and they’ll back it.
You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across a global team, so this is a great fit for someone who has already proven themselves in a technical role and is now looking for real ownership rather than just execution.
You should come from a data analytics, data science or quantitative analytics background, with financial services experience. An understanding of regulatory and compliance environments would be a bonus.
