About the Role
We are seeking a detail-focused Compliance Data Officer to join our team in Portsmouth. This is a key role supporting accurate, reliable compliance data and ensuring 100% compliance and audit readiness.
This is a full-time permanent position, working 37 hours per week. We offer a flexible approach to working between home and the office, with a minimum of 20% office-based requirement to facilitate collaboration and teamwork.

Responsibilities and Key Duties
Core Compliance Data Management
- Maintain and enhance the accuracy and integrity of compliance data, ensuring 100% regulatory alignment.
- Extract, analyse, and update data within IPC, ensuring records are current and audit-ready.
- Lead large-scale data cleansing exercises, property re-categorisation projects, and exception reporting processes.
- Monitor and resolve triple-report exceptions and maintain asset/new build datasets via IPC and other systems.
Performance & Report Management
- Support creation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly compliance scorecards.
- Develop standard and ad-hoc reports via IPC, BI dashboards, and Master Query for stakeholders.
- Contribute to managing data quality for housing stock stockpiles, ensuring reliability and actionable insights.

Requirements & Skills
Technical Proficiency
- Proven experience working with databases, dashboards, and scorecard development.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong IT proficiencies required.
- Ability to learn new systems quickly and comfortably handle large datasets.
- Must be adept at collating, analysing, and verifying complex data for clarity and accuracy.
