Join Biffa Producer Compliance Solutions as a Compliance Data Specialist

Join Biffa Producer Compliance Solutions as a Compliance Data Specialist, where you'll play a key role in ensuring accurate, compliant regulatory submissions for a portfolio of producer customers.

This is a predominantly data-focused role (approximately 80%), centred on analysing, validating and standardising customer-submitted data to meet regulatory requirements. Alongside this, you'll act as a trusted point of contact for customers, providing clear guidance and support throughout compliance submission periods.

We're looking for someone highly analytical, detail-oriented and confident working with complex Excel datasets — as well as comfortable communicating clearly with customers when needed.

A quick look at the role

As a Compliance Data Specialist, you will take ownership of customer data from receipt through to final submission. Customer datasets often vary in structure and format, so you'll use advanced Excel skills and logical problem-solving to cleanse, manipulate and standardise information in line with regulatory requirements.

You will work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth submission cycles, resolve data queries efficiently, and maintain high standards of accuracy and documentation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
