Role Overview

They are seeking a Compliance Engineer to join a dynamic R&D engineering team, located in Gwent, South Wales. This role focuses on ensuring products meet international compliance standards through robust verification, validation, and certification processes.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance of products through verification, validation, and testing against international standards
  • Manage certification activities, including documentation and coordination with third-party test bodies
  • Develop and align test plans, specifications, and compliance strategies with stakeholders
  • Conduct GAP analysis and support audits to ensure successful project delivery

Skills Required

  • HNC/HND or Degree in a relevant engineering discipline with 3-5 years' experience in compliance/testing
  • Strong electronic and electrical engineering background
  • Effective communicator with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities
