Fully-Time, Fully-Onsite Compliance Engineer (Fully Employed)
Location:
Chesterfield Offices
We are seeking a Compliance Engineer with deep expertise in regulatory standards for industrial systems. This critical role ensures compliance is embedded across the entire product lifecycle, from concept design through to deployment and continuous support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure industrial products comply with applicable regulatory and safety standards (CE, UL, ISO, IEC)
- Embed compliance requirements in all product lifecycle stages (design, development, validation, and release)
- Interpret and apply regulatory and standards requirements in product designs and engineering processes
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and quality teams to incorporate compliance early in development
- Lead compliance assessments, risk analyses, and certification activities
- Maintain documentation, assist in audits, inspections, and regulatory submissions
- Monitor evolving industry regulations and ensure ongoing compliance

Essential:
- Proven experience in regulatory compliance engineering for industrial products
- Strong knowledge of international regulatory standards and certification processes
- Hands-on experience in integrating compliance into product lifecycle development
- Familiarity with risk management and safety frameworks
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
Desirable:
- Experience with automation or control systems
- Knowledge of global market access requirements
