Role Overview
In this varied role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our business maintains the highest standards of compliance by developing, reviewing and embedding policies, monitoring adherence through audits and training, and providing expert guidance on regulatory requirements. You'll help protect the business by promoting a strong culture of compliance across Smartest Energy UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Combine policy development with hands-on operational compliance
- Collaborate with teams across the business and external stakeholders to keep pace with changing legislation
- Oversee mandatory compliance training
- Support fraud management and investigations
- Contribute to regulatory reporting and audits
Required Skills/Experience
- Experience with compliance legislation and policy writing
- Experience in a regulatory/compliance implementation
- Proven track record in Fraud investigation techniques
- Pragmatism, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of UK legislation and regulation
