Your Responsibilities

The purpose of this role is to lead on technical & compliance matters on behalf of the People Solutions team and provide support to the wider team as and when required.

Key Tasks & Duties

Lead on Internal Audit Undertake regional/divisional audits NDA Champion Responsibility for wording changes to templates from a regulatory & internal perspective Key contact within the PS team for Fee Agreement/TOBA/Contract queries Responsibility for SPOE procedure-development and implementation Undertaking file reviews as and when necessary Production of technical/white papers both for internal and external use Induction training of new recruits on compliance & ongoing training where necessary Ad-hoc project work as and where required Up to date with relevant legislation & regulatory knowledge Build strong relationships with in house Legal, Compliance & Risk teams
