What We Achieve Together

You will lead and coordinate electrical compliance activities across our manufacturing sites, ensuring that all electrical infrastructure, including high-voltage and low-voltage systems, operates safely, efficiently, and in line with regulatory requirements.

Working closely with internal stakeholders, contractors, and external utility providers, you will oversee maintenance, inspection, and improvement programmes for critical electrical assets, helping to secure operational continuity and reliability.

Your responsibilities will include reviewing risk assessments, method statements, permits, isolations, and lockout-tagout activities, ensuring the highest standards of contractor and employee safety are maintained at all times.

By driving compliance with electrical legislation, equipment regulations, and engineering best practices, you will identify risks, implement corrective actions, and strengthen governance across our sites.

Together with engineering and maintenance colleagues, you will deliver infrastructure improvement projects, monitor energy performance, and support initiatives that enhance productivity, efficiency, quality, and sustainability.

Through technical leadership, coaching, and knowledge sharing, you will help develop engineering capability across the organisation, creating an environment where individuals and teams can perform at their best.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
