This is a rare opportunity to work at the top of an expanding, private-equity backed IT organisation.

The role would suit a candidate with a compliance background who would like to work in a group context, who can pivot between the day-to-day compliance tasks and also get involved with the broader landscape.

Hybrid working

We recognise the benefits that remote and flexible working brings.

We operate a hybrid working policy that allows our employees to balance time in the office and time from home. Each team within our organisation can decide how to implement this policy. If you have any questions after applying, please reach out to our recruitment team.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Support the Group General Counsel in delivering legal, compliance, business ethics, and governance activities across the Group.
  • Manage selected compliance and business ethics areas to ensure adherence to relevant regulations and standards.
  • Oversee the management of the Group's domain name and trademark portfolio, ensuring proper registration and protection.

  • Facilitate contract and records management, ensuring accurate and accessible documentation.
  • Coordinate electronic signature processes and related legal operations support.
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels to communicate legal and compliance issues effectively.
  • Implement effective compliance strategies based on strong analytical skills and an understanding of compliance regulations.
  • Ensure sanctions compliance and anti-corruption measures are upheld within the organisation.
  • Coordinate the Compliance Forum to foster a culture of compliance across the Group.
  • Develop and maintain structured approaches to domain name and trademark management, enhancing visibility and accountability within the Group.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
