Risk & Compliance Manager | London | Global Remit
A leading specialist insurance broker is seeking a Senior Risk & Compliance Manager to take ownership of its risk and compliance framework across multiple jurisdictions.
This is a unique opportunity to join a growing business operating within the specialist insurance market, supporting complex corporate transactions and delivering tailored risk solutions to clients internationally.
About the Role
Insurance experience is essential for this role — ideally gained within an insurance broker, Lloyd’s environment, or another regulated insurance setting. You will need a strong understanding of insurance governance, regulatory expectations and the operational risk landscape.

Working closely with senior leadership, including the Deputy CEO and Chief Risk Officer, this is a highly visible, hands-on strategic role where you will help shape the risk and compliance framework as the business continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Owning and enhancing the risk & compliance framework across multiple jurisdictions
- Ensuring ongoing compliance with insurance regulatory requirements
- Advising the business on governance, controls, policies and risk management
- Supporting financial crime, data protection and operational risk oversight
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to embed a strong risk culture

About You
- Proven Risk & Compliance experience within insurance, ideally in broking, Lloyd’s, MGA, or a similar regulated environment
- Strong knowledge of insurance regulation, governance, and control frameworks
- Comfortable operating with senior stakeholders and influencing business decisions
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with a hands-on approach
