Working with an Investment Management firm seeking a Senior Compliance Manager to join their London office. This is a broad generalist compliance role, ideal for someone with strong MiFID II and UCITS knowledge who enjoys working across advisory, monitoring, regulatory change, and BAU compliance activities. This is a 12-month contract, paying £90,000 pro rata.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day compliance advisory support to the business across a range of regulatory matters.
- Conduct compliance monitoring reviews and support the ongoing enhancement of the compliance framework.
- Manage BAU compliance activities including financial promotions reviews, AML, staff conflicts, FCA returns, and SMCR-related tasks.
- Support regulatory change initiatives, including tracking developments and assisting with implementation.
- Develop and deliver compliance training to employees across the business.

- Strong generalist compliance experience within asset management or broader investment management.
- Good working knowledge of FCA regulations, including MiFID II, AML, SMCR, MAR, CASS, and UCITS.
- Able to start within 1 month
