The media compliance manager will work across multiple stakeholders in the customer, commercial, and retail teams to ensure our media is implemented across all store formats to deliver marketing plans with our biggest FMCG brands. You will manage our implementation partners – CPM and working closely with senior members of the Retail Operations Team

Find your role
- Managing our Media Implementation partner – CPM, liaising directly with the team to ensure swift and timely implementation of all of our instore media assets, worth approx £100m in media revenue to the Asda business
- Work with Commercial teams and Suppliers to troubleshoot and resolve instances where media is not successfully implemented
- Build Weekly Reports for the SM and SD for LS11 Media Services on our media campaigns and compliance issues
- Engagement with the Retail Operations team and Retail SDs to ensure retail execution steps on and supports the delivery of our media implementation
- Digital Compliance – Management of our growing screen portfolio from a Proof of play aspect – ensuring digital media is live and media campaigns are executed across Express and other store formats
- Partner with our SMG operations team to make sure accuracy of campaign bookings /data and supplier feedback is all considered and managed
- Supplier ‘Hypercare’ – engage and deep dive any major compliance issues with our brand partners – working in hand with the client team to mitigate compensation payouts.
- Land new compliance portal for Express - giving our suppliers access to timely and accurate data on their media campaigns
- Monthly governance session with our CPM agency
- Attend ‘Hot Topics’ and Retail forums to talk about media compliance and any KIT changes or business updates which will impact media implementation.
