Compliance Manager

Compliance Manager

Argus Media has an excellent opportunity for a Compliance Manager to join its Compliance team and contribute to the company’s strategy by delivering compliance work that supports the provision of high-quality data, products, and services with integrity.

Reporting to the Global Head of Compliance, you will implement an effective and consistent compliance programme across Argus Media. You will work closely with the business at all levels, including through the continuous review, monitoring, and auditing of editorial processes and procedures.

You will provide timely, pragmatic advice to the Editorial and Commercial teams, and work to ensure that compliance policies and procedures are fully embedded across the business.

In addition, you will help drive the ongoing development of a best-in-class compliance programme within the price reporting industry.

What will you be doing

  • Holding significant accountability for delivering a rigorous assurance programme demonstrating adherence to the company’s compliance policies across editorial, commercial, and support functions.
  • Overseeing the annual IOSCO Assurance Review undertaken by an independent audit firm, ensuring the company meets its obligations as a Price Reporting Agency (PRA) under the IOSCO Principles.
  • Provide ongoing compliance advice and support to the business, helping teams navigate regulatory requirements and apply compliance policies effectively in practice.
  • Overseeing the delivery of the company’s commitments within the framework of the EU’s Benchmark Regulations (via a dedicated affiliate company within the EU).
  • Overseeing the company’s adherence to the Chinese regulations for the assessment of Chinese strategic prices.
  • Development and delivery of training and awareness programmes through regular workshops and presentations.
  • Ad hoc projects in conjunction with the Global Head of Compliance.
  • Management and development of skilled professional staff.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
