About the Role
We are looking for a Compliance Manager to join our Ethics & Compliance team, supporting regulatory relationships and governance activities across the UK and Europe.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working closely with senior compliance leaders and a diverse network of partners
- Ensuring adherence to evolving regulatory expectations
- Maintaining transparent regulator relationships while embedding robust governance practices
- Embracing a dynamic, international environment and contributing meaningfully
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, collaboration, and impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will contribute to a wide range of compliance and governance activities, including:
- Supporting regulator relationships (e.g., FCA), including:
- Preparing materials and coordinating responses
- Drafting and coordinating regulatory communications in partnership with legal and business teams
- Assisting with governance activities, ensuring accurate, timely regulatory submissions
- Maintaining compliance documentation, such as:
- Policies, procedures, and manuals
- Supporting regulatory risk assessments and updating documentation
- Advising on and delivering regulatory training, with completion tracking
- Coordinating compliance reviews and assurance activities
- Monitoring regulatory changes and carrying out impacts assessments
- Contributing to cross-functional, international projects
- Overseeing STOR submissions (UK MAR) and maintaining records
- Promoting consistency and best practices through collaboration with global teams

What We’re Looking For
We seek collaborative, detail-driven professionals with a blend of technical skill and curiosity. Ideal candidates will have:
Experience & Knowledge
- Background in compliance, legal work, or a regulatory environment (financial services experience preferred)
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (advantageous if experienced with FCA or similar)
- Flair for clear, confident communication (written and verbal)
- Attention to detail, with a commitment to high-quality work
