Compliance Manager
Compliance Manager
A well-established financial services organisation based in the West Midlands is looking to hire an experienced Compliance Manager.
This role ensures that business activities are carried out within the regulatory framework, while maintaining a strong culture of compliance and customer focus.
Responsibilities
- Provide compliance advice and promote good conduct and customer outcomes.
- Work with the wider Compliance team, and support more junior members of the team.
- Work with other departments across the Bank to support regulatory change, demonstrating the right knowledge, skills, and behaviours.
- Review and produce reports for governance committees.
- Engage with departmental and project queries, ensuring you provide the required level of support to the business with robust and timely second-line regulatory and conduct technical advice.

- Proven experience in a 2LoD compliance role within the financial services sector. – Preferably from a Retail Banking background.
Knowledge
- Strong understanding of FCA regulations, conduct risk, and relevant handbooks (e.g., MCOBS & COBS).
- Up to date knowledge of the regulatory landscape and emerging industry risks.
