The Role: Compliance Manager

The Client: Alternative Asset Manager

The Location: London

We're working with a leader in the fund finance asset management space who are continuing to scale and grow at an exceptional pace. They are now looking for an experienced Compliance generalist to come in, own the firms compliance and risk function, whilst reporting directly into the C-Suite. This is a high impact role unlike any other at this level!

The Responsibilities:

  • Owning the compliance processes and monitoring programme
  • Work closely with other business lines and external advisors to build and maintain a compliance framework to help facilitate the current growth
  • Assist on FinCrime matters including AML/KYC
  • Liaise with the FCA & SEC where necessary
  • Develop the firms risk framework

The Requirements:

  • 4+ years within Compliance Generalist positions within an FCA Regulated environment or consulting environment (where they have supported FCA Regulated firms)
  • Experience with fund finance, private credit or alternative investments would be extremely helpful
  • Confident individual who can and has experience dealing with regulators and stakeholders
