Compliance Manager | Lloyd's Market | London | Hybrid
A unique opportunity has arisen to join a rapidly growing specialty insurer at a pivotal stage in its evolution.
We're seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to play a key role in a significant governance and regulatory transformation project within the Lloyd's market. This is far more than a BAU compliance position: you'll help shape the future compliance and governance framework of a leading international insurance business as it embarks on a major strategic transition.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the design and implementation of a new governance framework
- Managing regulatory engagement with Lloyd's, the FCA and the PRA
- Leading the migration of compliance policies, monitoring programmes and governance documentation
- Supporting SMCR and Board governance requirements
- Working closely with Legal, Risk, Company Secretariat, Underwriting and senior leadership to deliver a complex regulatory change programme
- Ensuring compliance oversight remains robust throughout the transition

Requirements
We're looking for candidates with experience in:
- Lloyd's market compliance
- Managing Agents, Syndicates or Lloyd's insurers
- FCA & PRA regulatory requirements
- Corporate Governance & SMCR
- Compliance Monitoring Programmes
- Regulatory change and transformation projects
- Board and Committee governance
- Stakeholder management across senior business functions
