What you'll do:
- Deliver compliance monitoring reviews and file checks across the business
- Provide day-to-day regulatory guidance to underwriting, claims, and other teams
- Maintain and shape compliance policies and procedures
- Support financial crime controls - sanctions screening, due diligence, AML
- Track regulatory change and help the business stay ahead of it
- Deliver training and help build a positive compliance culture

What we're looking for:
- 3–5 years' compliance experience in UK insurance
- Solid FCA knowledge and hands-on monitoring/file review experience
- Someone who enjoys the practical, people-facing side of compliance as much as the technical side
- Cert CII or ICA qualification a plus, not essential
What's on offer:
- £55,000–£65,000
