As Compliance Monitoring Manager, you will be entrusted with the oversight and continuous development of our compliance framework, ensuring full alignment with EASA and UK CAA regulatory requirements.
Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, you will lead auditing activities, manage regulatory change, and foster a culture where safety, compliance, and operational excellence are seamlessly integrated.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and continuously develop the Compliance Monitoring Function (CMF), ensuring alignment with EASA, UK CAA, and organisational standards Design and manage the annual audit programme, including internal, subcontractor, and third-party audits Oversee all audit activities, including auditor allocation, findings management, and reporting to senior leadership Provide expert advice to Accountable Managers on compliance risks, regulatory matters, and operational impacts Monitor compliance across airworthiness and maintenance activities, ensuring regulatory and internal standards are consistently met Drive the effective closure of findings through robust corrective and preventative action plans, including follow-up and independent assurance Support regulatory approvals, changes to operations, and implementation of new regulatory requirements Champion and promote a strong safety and compliance culture, working closely with Safety, Compliance, and Security teams

Qualifications And Experience
Degree in an aviation-related discipline combined with at least 5 years experience in a similar role or nature. Extensive experience (10yrs +) may be considered as an alternative to a degree Strong experience within Continuing Airworthiness and/or Maintenance environments Extensive knowledge of EASA and UK CAA regulations, including airworthiness, maintenance, and safety management systems. Proven experience leading compliance monitoring programmes Experience operating as a Lead Auditor. Experience in complex, multi-AOC or international environments would be advantageous
