Compliance Monitoring Manager
Arden White is proud to be partnering with an established aviation organisation to recruit an experienced Compliance Monitoring Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected business operating within a regulated aviation environment, where safety, compliance and continuous improvement are at the heart of everything they do.
Working in a hybrid capacity, you will play a key role in maintaining regulatory compliance, leading audit activities and supporting the ongoing development of the organisation's Compliance Monitoring System.
The Role:
Must have full right to work and live in the UK without the need to be sponsored
Reporting into senior leadership, you will take ownership of the Compliance Monitoring System, ensuring continued compliance with UK CAA regulations, ISO standards and company approvals. You will also work closely with internal stakeholders and regulatory authorities to drive compliance, quality and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the organisation's Compliance Monitoring System.
- Plan, conduct and manage internal and external compliance audits.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with UK CAA Part 145, Part CAMO and associated regulatory requirements.
- Maintain compliance records, authorisations and regulatory documentation.
- Review regulatory changes and implement required updates.
- Support engineering and operational teams with compliance matters.
- Produce compliance reports and recommendations for senior management.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and customers during audits.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across compliance and quality functions.

Essential Experience
- Previous experience within a Part 145 Compliance environment.
- Previous experience within a Part CAMO Compliance environment.
- Strong understanding of UK CAA regulations.
- Experience conducting compliance audits and root cause analysis.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
- Aircraft maintenance or continuing airworthiness experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead compliance activities within a regulated aviation environment.
Desirable Experience
- Recognised auditing qualification (IRCA or equivalent).
- Experience using Centrik.
- Knowledge of military aviation regulations.
- Maintenance Error Investigation training.
- MRP Part 145 knowledge.
