Compliance Officer
Current vacancy for a Compliance Manager to work on a contract basis for a client side organisation that manages commercial and domestic buildings.
Key duties will include,
- Management of compliance dashboard.
- Management of contractors ensuring PPM and building MOTs are followed including water quality and fire safety.
- Provide feedback to asset management of costs, variations and any defect issues.
- Work as part of wider property team ensuring a safe and compliant estate.
- Assist with FRA inspections and remedial works.

Ideally you will have worked within a similar setting and have experience of working as a Compliance officer, Compliance manager or Fire risk inspector.
