Compliance Officer – Data Protection
Location: Belfast / Cardiff / Darlington / Edinburgh / Nottingham / Salford - Hybrid/ 2 days Per week in Office
Experience:
- Managing Subject Access Requests (SARs), Freedom of Information (FOI) requests, or information rights cases.
- Strong working knowledge of UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), and information governance principles.
- Reviewing sensitive information and coordinating redaction activities.
- Professional qualification or certification in Data Protection, Information Governance, or a related discipline.
- Working within the public sector or government environment.
- Knowledge of records management and knowledge/information management frameworks.
