£40,000 - £45,000 per annum
Kmbal Ltd is looking for an experienced Compliance Officer to join our growing team. We are looking for someone with experience in financial services, money remittance, cross-border payments, or similar companies that provide payment services to individuals.
The ideal candidate should have knowledge and practical experience in:
- AML and CTF compliance
- KYC and customer due diligence
- Transaction monitoring
- Financial crime prevention
- FCA requirements and guidance
- HMRC AML supervision requirements
- Supporting compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls

This role is suitable for someone who understands the compliance responsibilities of a UK money remittance business and is confident working in a fast-moving fintech/payment environment. Experience with companies similar to Kmbal, especially those handling cross-border payments for individual customers, will be highly valued.
