Compliance Officer
Compliance Officer Vacancy
Newly created Compliance Officer vacancy working with a top-performing specialty insurance group operating within the Lloyd’s Market. Reporting into the Head of Compliance, you will provide second-line compliance oversight of delegated authority and MGA arrangements, ensuring adherence to FCA, PRA, and Lloyd’s regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and enhance compliance and delegated authority oversight frameworks.
- Deliver second-line oversight of MGA/delegated underwriting, claims, and distribution activities, ensuring FCA and PRA compliance.
- Support onboarding, due diligence, and governance approvals for MGA and delegated authority arrangements.
- Review MI, monitor regulatory and conduct risks, and escalate material issues where appropriate.
- Conduct compliance monitoring, thematic reviews, and maintain compliance systems, procedures, and registers.
- Assess regulatory developments, conflicts of interest, and AR structures to mitigate compliance risk.
- Promote a strong compliance culture and support the wider Compliance team.

- Experienced in carrying out due diligence of onboarding MGA’s, Coverholders and AR’s;
- Insurance industry knowledge is essential, ideally within the London Market.
