We're looking for a positive, approachable, and proactive Compliance & Quality Assurance Specialist to join our growing team.
This is an opportunity to be part of a successful Chartered Insurance Brokerage where compliance is seen as a business partner, not a barrier. We believe good compliance is about helping people do the right thing, supporting excellent customer outcomes, and finding practical solutions that work for everyone.
Working closely with colleagues across the business, you'll help maintain high standards of compliance, governance, and quality while supporting continuous improvement. Whether you're carrying out quality reviews, delivering training, supporting insurer relationships, or helping teams navigate regulatory requirements, you'll play an important role in keeping our business strong, compliant, and customer focused.
Reporting to the Compliance Director, you'll be encouraged to share ideas, build relationships, and make a genuine impact. If you enjoy variety, working with people, and being part of a supportive team where your contribution is valued, we'd love to hear from you.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
