Are you an experienced Quality Manager, Compliance Manager, Risk Manager, Governance Manager or Integrated Management Systems professional looking for a role where you can make a business impact? We are seeking an accomplished Compliance, Risk & Quality Manager to lead and continuously improve an established Governance framework
The Opportunity
This is far more than a traditional Quality Management position. Reporting to senior leadership, you will take ownership of the organisation's integrated management systems, ensuring the business continues to meet internationally recognised standards while strengthening governance, compliance, and operational resilience.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and maintain Integrated Management Systems across the organisation
- Lead the maintenance of internationally recognised certifications, including ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 22301, ISO 14001, ISO 42001, SOC 2 Type II, and PCI-DSS
- Coordinate internal, external and certification audit programmes
- Support Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) activities across the business
- Manage supplier and third-party risk assessments
- Support customer security, privacy, and compliance assurance activities
- Coordinate Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery programmes
- Maintain and improve company policies covering Quality, Information Security, Risk, Privacy and AI Governance
- Monitor legislative and regulatory changes and support business-wide implementation
- Deliver compliance awareness initiatives and promote best practice
- Drive continuous improvement projects that strengthen governance while improving operational efficiency
