Locatie: Utrecht | Uren: 32–36 uur per week | Dienstverband: Interim

Over de functie

Voor een organisatie in Utrecht zoekt Deta4Us een Compliance & Risk Specialist. Je zorgt ervoor dat de organisatie voldoet aan relevante wet- en regelgeving zoals de AVG, DBA en sectorspecifieke richtlijnen. Je signaleert risico’s, adviseert het management en implementeert verbeteringen in het compliance-kader.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Monitoren en implementeren van wet- en regelgeving (AVG, DBA, Wft)
  • Uitvoeren van risicoanalyses en interne audits
  • Opstellen en actualiseren van compliance-beleid en procedures
  • Adviseren van management en medewerkers over compliance-vraagstukken
  • Rapporteren aan directie over compliance-status en risico’s

Wat vragen wij?

  • HBO/WO opleiding in Rechten, Bedrijfskunde of vergelijkbaar
  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in compliance of risk management
  • Kennis van AVG, DBA en relevante Nederlandse wetgeving
  • Analytisch, zorgvuldig en communicatief sterk
  • Ervaring in de financiële of publieke sector is een pre
