About SRG

SRG is working with a leading beauty and cosmetics manufacturer in Hampshire who are looking for a Compliance Specialist to join the team. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of site-level GMP compliance, acting as the site expert for quality documentation systems, audits and training. It would suit someone with 5+ years' experience in a fast-paced GMP manufacturing environment, ideally within cosmetics, personal care, pharmaceuticals or another heavily regulated industry.


Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday
  • 37.5 hours a week
  • Onsite setting 5 days a week

Role / Description

  • Implement and maintain GMP-compliant policies, procedures, and standards across site operations
  • Conduct internal audits, document findings, and drive audit readiness across all departments
  • Manage the site complaints process, ensuring thorough investigations and escalation of trends
  • Oversee the Annual Product Review process and coordinate the product stability programme
  • Act as site owner and subject matter expert for GMP documentation systems, including deviations, CAPAs, change controls, and product recalls
  • Manage the full lifecycle of controlled documents, from approval through to archiving
  • Deliver detailed and precise GMP training to staff, fostering a culture of quality and compliance

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a fast-paced GMP manufacturing environment
  • Proven ability to manage and improve quality systems, with experience leading compliance initiatives and preparing for regulatory and third-party audits
  • Confident communicator, able to explain compliance expectations clearly to stakeholders at all levels
  • Full right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
