Role: Compliance Specialist - Legal (Remote)

Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere)
Job Type: Contract
Payout: $15 - $28/hour

Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Legal Specialist to work on a contract basis. The role involves providing legal support and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Responsibilities include reviewing contracts, drafting legal documents, and advising on legal matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and draft contracts, agreements, and legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with laws.
  • Conduct legal research to support casework and identify relevant precedents or regulations.
  • Assist in managing legal documentation, filings, and submissions to regulatory bodies.
  • Provide guidance on legal risks and compliance requirements for business operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of legal activities and communications for audit purposes.
