Composer Agent | TV and Film

Location: London, Chiswick

Salary: 45K - 75K

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Agent to join a leading music agency representing award-winning composers across Film, TV, Games, and Commercials.

This is a client-facing role, working closely with composers, producers, directors, and production companies to secure new opportunities, negotiate commercial agreements, and manage projects from pitch through to completion. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the entertainment industry, high energy, excellent relationship-building skills, and a passion for music and screen content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent and develop a roster of composers across Film, TV, Games, and Commercials.
  • Build and maintain relationships with producers, directors, studios, and production companies.
  • Negotiate fees, contracts, and commercial agreements.
  • Manage project budgets and oversee the smooth delivery of assignments.
  • Attend networking events, recording sessions, and industry functions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and international partners where required.

About You

  • Proven experience within the Film, TV, Games, or Music industry.
  • Strong negotiation and commercial acumen.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with strong attention to detail.
  • Passionate about music and the entertainment industry.
