Composite Workflow Coordinator
Red Bull Racing & Red Bull Technology have an exciting new opportunity within the Production Control Group for a Composite Workflow Coordinator.
In this role, the successful candidate will utilise their experience in the assembly or coordination of complex composite assemblies to manage workflow processes and project delivery timelines across the Composite Department.
Responsibilities
- Raising orders efficiently and effectively
- Ensuring all parts have an accurate build structure
- Ensuring correct bill of material properties
- Ensuring full visibility
- Providing clear, unambiguous, and achievable routing for each required part and assembly
- Working closely with the Laminating Production Controller and the Composite Assembly Production Controller
- Ensuring departmental workloads are effectively planned for the following day or shift
- Maintaining an understanding of and managing future capacity constraints
- Aligning with agreed quantities, production control requirements, and wider business priorities

- Reporting to the Production Control Team Manager
- Fluency in Epicor (or a similar business system)
- Comfortable working to challenging deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of the turnaround demands of the business
- Excellent organisational skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively within an established, close-knit team
- Excellent communication skills
