Compound Operative
Compound Operative – £13.47 per hour
Shifts Available
- Early Shift: 5:00am – 1:00pm Monday to Thursday, 5:00am – 12:00pm Friday
- Late Shift: 1:00pm – 9:00pm Monday to Thursday, 12:00pm – 7:00pm Friday
Are you looking for a hands-on role within a friendly and supportive manufacturing team? Kingdom People are recruiting for a Compound Operative to join a well-established manufacturer, with the opportunity to secure a permanent contract after a successful 12-week period.
About the Role
As a Compound Operative, you will be responsible for producing finished products by accurately following formulas and manufacturing procedures. Your duties will include:

- Compounding and formulation
- Operating and monitoring production machinery
- Running a filling line
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
As the role involves working with chemicals, you must follow all health and safety procedures, wear the correct PPE at all times and handle materials safely. Please note that, due to the nature of the products, there can occasionally be strong smells within the production area. Once fully trained, you may also be required to operate a forklift to move and store materials.

Requirements
We are looking for someone who is reliable, proactive and safety-conscious with a strong work ethic. Previous manufacturing experience is beneficial, but not essential, as full training will be provided. A forklift licence would be an advantage but is not required.
