Late Shift Compound Operative – £13.47 per hour
Shift Pattern
- Monday to Thursday: 1:00pm – 9:00pm
- Friday: 12:00pm – 7:00pm

Kingdom People are recruiting for a Compound Operative to join an established manufacturer, with the opportunity to secure a permanent contract after 12 weeks.

The Role
- Compound and formulate products to specification
- Operate and monitor production machinery
- Run the filling line
- Carry out quality checks
- Follow health and safety procedures when handling chemicals
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
- Operate a forklift once fully trained
Please note there will be strong smells within the production area.

What We're Looking For
- Reliable and hardworking
- Manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential
- Forklift licence desirable but not required
Opportunity for a permanent contract after 12 weeks
