Responsibilities:
- Building strong, trusted relationships with healthcare professionals across your territory in the acute and community settings
- Driving sales growth by identifying opportunities and delivering tailored clinical solutions
- Providing expert product knowledge and delivering engaging training to clinicians, ensuring confidence and best practice, achieving better patient outcomes
- Acting as the voice of the customer internally, ensuring continuous improvement
- Collaborating with internal teams to execute strategic plans and exceed targets
- Staying ahead of industry trends and continuously developing your clinical and commercial expertise whilst influencing decision-making

Requirements:
- Proven success in a medical device sales role within the NHS OR
- Worked clinically as a district or tissue viability nurse or podiatrist with a good understanding of compression
- A natural communicator with the ability to influence and inspire
- A proactive, self-motivated mindset with a passion for achieving results
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a dynamic territory
- A genuine interest in improving patient outcomes
- Full valid driving licence
- Eligibility documentation to work in the UK
