Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Computer Science graduates who are eager to build a successful career in the IT industry. This opportunity is designed for recent graduates and career changers who are passionate about learning, solving problems, and developing practical technical skills through structured training and real-world projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in structured technical training and continuous learning programs.
- Assist in software development, testing, debugging, and system support activities.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies, tools, and industry best practices.
- Support the development and maintenance of applications, databases, and digital solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on assigned projects and technical tasks.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and project updates.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and resolve technical issues under the guidance of senior team members.
- Analyze data and contribute to problem-solving and process improvement initiatives.
- Complete assigned learning modules, practical exercises, and project deliverables within defined timelines.
- Follow organizational standards for quality, security, and professional communication.

Educational Background
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of programming concepts and software development.
- Familiarity with databases, operating systems, or web technologies is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
