Computerised Maintenance Management Systems Specialist (CMMS) Manager- FTC

Senior Asset & Service Management SME (IFS Cloud Implementation Lead)

At ADM Protexin, we are investing in the future of our operations—and we need a specialist who can help lead the way. We are implementing a new IFS Cloud Enterprise Asset & Service Management system, starting at our Lopen site and scaling across our international network. This is more than a system rollout: it is an opportunity to design, build, and embed a world-class maintenance and asset management strategy that will transform how we operate globally.

As our Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will take ownership of the IFS implementation and shape how maintenance works across the business:

The Opportunity

Build the Foundation

  • Create a structured digital asset register, mapping all equipment, components, and lifecycle costs.
  • Transform Maintenance Planning
    • Configure the system to manage reactive, preventative, and predictive maintenance
    • Set up intelligent alerts to prevent failures

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
